Log in to add an answer| Kevin |    1. Go to Start -> Run 2. Type in services.msc 3. Press enter 4. Look for a service called Windows Update 5. Right click it and select Stop 6. Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\ 7. Delete everything in it. 8. Start services.msc again, right click Windows Update again and select Start. |
